Safety data for fixed-term contractors in the supply chain where the majority of the team members employed are contractors (e.g. distribution centres where we hire team members through employee hire programs) has been disclosed, however, we do not include contractors who are engaged in maintenance and consultancy work.

Due to the breadth and diversity of our business conglomerate model, instances of discrimination and corrective actions is not consolidated across the Group.

Wesfarmers' whistleblower hotlines are accessible by Wesfarmers' 
team members, suppliers, the external community and other
stakeholders.
Divisions collect this information via Whistleblower reports and we will look to disclose the number of investigated instances of discrimination directed to protected disclosure officers across the Group in our reporting next year.
This year we received around 380 reports from
whistleblowers through our hotlines, directed to protected
disclosure officers across the Group.
Most were work-related grievances reporting alleged harassment,
bullying and discrimination issues, with other disclosures relating
to potential fraud, safety issues and breaches of our Code of
Conduct. All reports assessed as suitable to be addressed under
the Whistleblowing Policy were investigated.
