Our Reporting
This site details the sustainability performance of Wesfarmers Limited (ABN 28 008 984 049) and its wholly owned subsidiary companies for the year ended 30 June 2025 (unless otherwise specified), with publication dated 28 August 2025. It highlights performance, focusing on the material issues that matter most to our shareholders, team members, customers and the communities in which we operate. It is intended to supplement the sustainability report contained in our Annual Report for the 2025 financial year.
We believe sustainability is about understanding and responsibly managing the ways we impact the communities and environments in which we operate. We tact honestly and ethically across all areas of our business. We recognise that doing so contributes to achieving our corporate objective of providing a satisfactory return to shareholders over the long term.
Creating long term value and delivering satisfactory returns to shareholders are centre to Wesfarmers’ sustainability strategy; sustainability is integrated into our approach to capital management and how we manage our businesses.
Management is responsible for assessing and managing sustainability risks and opportunities. The Wesfarmers Board and the divisional boards have oversight of these risks and opportunities.
This website is designed for a wide audience, including team members, customers, suppliers, investors, lenders, community members, governments, non-government organisations and opinion leaders.
