Everyone should feel safe and respected at work. Below is a message from our MD Rob Scott to all Wesfarmers team members on Respect at Work and our Code of Conduct. If you are a member of the Wesfarmers team, please ensure you are aware of and comply with the behaviour we expect and know what to do if you experience anything you think isn’t right.
If this raises concerns, team members can get support through their workplace’s Employee Assistance Program or external assistance programs 1800RESPECT 1800 737 732, Lifeline 13 11 14, and sexual assault services in their home state.
