Wesfarmers acquired Australian Pharmaceutical Industries Limited (API) on 31 March 2022 by way of a scheme of arrangement. As a result, API shares were suspended from close of trading on the ASX on 22 March 2022 and it was delisted from the ASX on 1 April 2022. API is part of the Health division of Wesfarmers and further information on these businesses can be found here.
