We acknowledge that we can continue to improve our performance
We see the benefits of a relentless focus on providing safe workplaces while acknowledging and taking opportunities to improve on our performance.
We will continue to focus on ethical sourcing and human rights, especially supply chain transparency. We recognise there are limitations to what social compliance audits can achieve and we must remain proactive in our aim to eradicate exploitation of vulnerable people.
We recognise that we have work to do to achieve our target of employment parity of three per cent of our Australian workforce by 2022.
Despite our efforts, ongoing reductions in gross waste disposed are becoming increasingly challenging to achieve as our businesses grow. We will continue to seek opportunities to reduce waste to landfill.
