During the 2020 financial year, CSBP Fertilisers continued work on a new technology to assess crop nutrient content in real time to help growers make better and faster decisions about mid-season fertiliser applications. The technology is due to undergo testing in the second half of the 2020 calendar year.
Kleenheat is committed to offering WA natural gas customers attractive discounts while providing excellent service. During the year, it developed and implemented new loyalty and reward programs, including Kleenheat Treats that presented customers with a range of prizes, discounts and offers. This year, Kleenheat achieved Canstar Blue’s top customer satisfaction ratings for WA Gas suppliers for the fourth year in a row.
WesCEF’s award-winning technology solutions company, Decipher, continued to expand its land rehabilitation services to mining, agriculture and oil and gas customers.
Decipher’s remote monitoring technology and software platform improves mining rehabilitation by providing customers with information about environmental monitoring and compliance, crop and nutrition plans, and data insights into vegetation health and growth.
